Direct Hire Key Responsibilities
Own full program lifecycle using PLM processes Serve as primary customer contact and internal program lead Lead NPI and support proposal development and new business Develop and manage program plans, schedules, budgets, and risks Coordinate cross-functional teams (Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain) Monitor cost, schedule, performance; report to leadership and customers Resolve technical, commercial, and in-service issues Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required (Engineering preferred) 7+ years
program/project management experience in manufacturing NPI experience with engineered products (Aerospace preferred) PMP certification preferred (or within 6 months) Strong skills in MS Project, SAP, and stakeholder communication Seniorities
