PROGRAM SPECIALIST ASSIGNED TO THE JUVENILE ENFORCEMENT CENTER. The Program Specialist will complete general technical, analytical and professional administrative work in support of the Juvenile Enforcement Center. Required documents

Reference PROGRAM SPECIALIST VIA JOB DESCRIPTIONS Provides a variety of services to the assigned division, department, or section Ability to conduct interviews and document interviews Plans and coordinates the development, implementation, and execution of programs and special projects Analyze and assembles data, prepares letters, notices, reports, and other correspondence Utilize division/department specific software to assist, gather, investigate and/or compile information for the assigned division or section Maintains the necessary files and records to insure access to information Scanning of documents into different software systems and providing technical support Prepares confidential documents as required Follow the scope of services identified in Contract #10473 and SNAP Contract between the Department of Juvenile Justice, the Florida Network and Seminole County Sheriff’s Office. Follow any and all amendments to the scope of services outlined in these contracts Attend required training specific to job related functions Performs all other duties as assigned or required Reference PROGRAM SPECIALIST VIA JOB DESCRIPTIONS High School Diploma or GED; Associate\'s Degree preferred Two (2) years clerical experience Consideration may be given to equivalent combination of related training, education and experience Ability to type at least 30 correct wpm - a typing test will be administered as part of the application process Must be able to become N/FCIC certified within six (6) months of appointment to the position Internal applicants must have completed the Seminole County Sheriff\'s Office one (1) year probationary period Must possess and maintain a valid Florida Driver\'s License Working conditions Working conditions
The work environment for this position is in an office atmosphere. Work is generally performed during normal business hours although the incumbent may be required to work any schedule that fulfills the needs of the position. Some assignments may be within the confines of a correctional facility, have direct contact with inmates or prior inmates, and/or be subject to an on call status. Physical attributes requirements

- Mostly sedentary work but some standing and walking; constant use of a computer Visual
- Constant overall vision; constant eye-hand coordination; frequent reading/close-up work Dexterity

- Ability to behave respectfully and with utmost integrity even when off duty. May be required to respond for any critical incident, manmade or natural. Some assignments may require working weekends, nights, and/or occasional overtime; some assignments may have limited inmate contact Unclassified Position
