Investor Relations Administration Assistant and Analyst
Our client is seeking an Investor Relations Administration Assistant and Analyst to support investor communications, fundraising activity, reporting cycles, and daily cross‑functional coordination. This is a role suited to someone with strong administrative skills, research ability, and a genuine interest in investors and financial markets. Role is full time in office, split between Burlingame and San Francisco.
Base pay range
$120,000.00/yr – $130,000.00/yr
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the IR calendar, schedule investor calls and meetings, and coordinate travel, conferences, and events
- Prepare agendas, capture structured meeting notes, and manage follow up items
- Maintain CRM data and assist with investor onboarding materials including NDAs, subscription docs, and AML or KYC items
- Support annual meetings, webinars, investor days, and internal events
- Assist with monthly and quarterly updates, fact sheets, reporting packs, and slide decks
- Maintain data rooms and fundraising collateral
- Draft and send investor communications through CRM systems and investor portals
- Conduct research on prospective limited partners, market trends, and fundraising activity
- Assist with DDQs, RFPs, and due diligence materials
- Support daily office management tasks and coordinate with finance, legal, compliance, and investment teams to gather accurate information
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required, advanced degree preferred
- At least four years of professional experience in administrative, research, or operations focused roles
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets and familiarity with CRM tools such as Affinity
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
- Interest in investor relations, fundraising, and financial markets
