Role Overview
The Executive Assistant will provide high‑level administrative and operational support to the Global CEO and leadership team. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, confidentiality, and the ability to manage complex schedules, communications, and projects in a fast‑paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate executive calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Handle confidential correspondence, documentation, and reports with discretion.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
- Prepare agendas, presentations, and follow‑ups for executive meetings.
- Support strategic projects, internal communications, and leadership initiatives.
- Coordinate logistics for events, board meetings, and leadership off‑sites.
- Track and manage key deliverables, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
- Assist in drafting business communications, reports, and briefing materials.
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, and Operations teams for administrative requirements.
- Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and efficiency at all times.
Requirements
- 3+ years’ experience as an Executive Assistant or in a senior administrative role (preferably in a global or technology organization).
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time‑management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- High degree of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Google Workspace, and calendar management tools.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment with shifting priorities.
