HR Coordinator Position

We are looking for a dedicated HR Coordinator to join our team in Charlotte, North Carolina. In this contract to permanent position, you will play a pivotal part in supporting various human resources functions, including recruiting, onboarding, and benefits administration. Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, scheduling interviews, and managing communications.
  • Oversee onboarding procedures to ensure new employees have a seamless transition into the organization.
  • Administer employee benefits programs and address inquiries related to compensation and benefits.
  • Monitor compliance with HR policies and procedures while maintaining accurate records in HRIS systems.
  • Conduct background checks and manage pre-employment screening processes.
  • Facilitate training and development initiatives to promote employee growth and engagement.
  • Support employee relations by addressing concerns and fostering a positive workplace culture.
  • Collaborate with leadership to implement HR strategies that align with organizational goals.
  • Prepare internal reports and analyze HR data to provide insights and recommendations.
  • Assist with performance reviews and succession planning processes.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in human resources coordination or similar roles.
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems and proficiency in managing employee records.
  • Strong understanding of HR compliance and benefits administration.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities.
  • Effective communication skills for both internal and external interactions.
  • Ability to conduct background checks and pre-employment screenings.
  • Knowledge of training and development processes and strategies.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
