Business Systems Administrator

who can take ownership of ERP, CRM, and BI platforms. This is a critical role for a hands-on systems professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about driving efficiency through technology.

The ideal candidate will have experience supporting Prophet 21, CRM tools like White Cup CRM, and BI platforms. If you're someone who enjoys system administration, solving technical problems, and collaborating with multiple departments to optimize operations, wed love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities: Assist with the ongoing administration and maintenance of the ERP system (Prophet 21). Support the White Cup CRM and White Cup BI platforms, including dashboard and report development. Manage user access, data integrity, and system performance across all platforms. Collaborate with departments to understand business needs and configure systems accordingly. Perform system testing, upgrades, and patch installations to ensure secure and stable environments. Coordinate EDI integration projects with internal stakeholders and external partners. Provide end-user support and training, resolving issues through the Freshdesk ticketing system. Develop and maintain reports using tools such as Crystal Reports, WebQuery, and White Cup BI. Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and validate changes in staging environments.

Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. 3+ years of hands-on experience administering ERP, CRM, and BI systems. Experience with Prophet 21 is strongly preferred. Proficient in report development using Crystal Reports. Familiarity with White Cup CRM and White Cup BI is a plus. Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills. Strong ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
