Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist located in Greater Cleveland. The role involves assessing, diagnosing, and providing therapy for children with communication disorders, language delays, and other related challenges. The Speech Language Pathologist will collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to develop individualized therapy plans, track progress, and adapt interventions to meet the needs of each child.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Speech Therapy and experience with addressing Speech development challenges in pediatric settings Knowledge of Dysphagia diagnosis and treatment Expertise in Communication Disorders and their impact on children’s daily lives Experience with Language Disorders, including diagnostic and therapeutic techniques Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field Valid state licensure or certification as a Speech Language Pathologist Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with children, families, and team members Experience in a pediatric setting is highly preferred
