Responsibilities
Lead full kitchen cabinet installations (new cabinets + refacing projects)
Execute high‑level finish carpentry: mitered trim & molding, crown molding, scribing to walls/ceilings, custom fillers, panels, and modifications
Read plans, elevations, and take precise measurements
Problem‑solve real‑world site conditions (out‑of‑square walls, uneven floors)
Direct and mentor installers/helpers
Communicate clearly with homeowners and project managers
Maintain a clean, professional job site
Inspect work for accuracy and craftsmanship before sign‑off
Qualifications
Minimum 3–5+ years of cabinet installation / finish carpentry experience
Proven experience leading installations or crews
Strong woodworking fundamentals
Ability to work independently and manage a full install day
Experience working in occupied residential homes
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Own professional‑grade hand tools (specialty tools provided)
Requirements
Carpentry: 3 years (Required)
Ability to commute to Brooklyn, NY 11206 (Required)

This is NOT a helper position. This role is for senior installers comfortable leading jobs, not just assisting.
