Who this role is for

You are: A senior carpenter with strong cabinet and finish-work experience Comfortable leading jobs, not just assisting Skilled with miters, scribing, fillers, panels, crown, and trim Trusted to make on-site decisions without hand-holding Professional with homeowners and respectful of occupied homes Core Responsibilities

Lead full kitchen cabinet installations (new cabinets + refacing projects) Execute high-level finish carpentry Mitered trim & molding Crown molding Scribing to walls/ceilings Custom fillers, panels, and modifications Read plans, elevations, and take precise measurements Problem-solve real-world site conditions (out-of-square walls, uneven floors) Direct and mentor installers/helpers Communicate clearly with homeowners and project managers Maintain a clean, professional job site Inspect work for accuracy and craftsmanship before sign-off Required Experience (non-negotiable)

Minimum 3–5+ years of cabinet installation / finish carpentry experience Proven experience leading installations or crews Strong woodworking fundamentals Ability to work independently and manage a full install day Experience working in occupied residential homes Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Own professional-grade hand tools (specialty tools provided) Job Details
