Key Responsibilities
Dive deep into the eero solution and its differentiators with customers and partners.
Run Proof of Concept to demonstrate all the functionalities of the eero solution.
Work with product and engineering teams to help build roadmap and new products.
Write white papers and technical notes highlighting eero’s best features and technologies.
Test eero against competitors and put together a comprehensive “How to Test eero” guide for prospective partners outlining the best in‑field and lab testing techniques.
Build integration between eero tools and customers’ service management systems.
Build API scripts to help customers automate their deployment and monitoring of the eero solutions.
Travel 25‑40% of the time (mostly within the USA) to work in person at customer sites and design and deploy eero solutions.
Basic Qualifications
2+ years of design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures.
4+ years of specific technology domain experience (software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics).
Expertise in design, deployment and troubleshooting of WiFi solutions.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience building tools for building, testing, releasing or monitoring.
Experience with automation or working with scripting languages such as Python, Java, Perl, PHP, Ruby, Bash, Shell, or equivalent.
Experience managing multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.
Experience building analytic or scientific data products or solutions.
Industry‑level certification focusing on wireless networking (CWAP or similar).
Proficiency with wireless packet capture tools like Wireshark, omnipeek, and Ekahau.
Proficiency with wireless speed and performance testing tools like iPerf and IxChariot.
Compensation Base salary range: $131,300 – $177,600 annually (USA). CA, San Francisco: $151,000 – $204,300 annually.
