eero is looking for a Senior Solutions Architect to represent all aspects of the eero solution and integration process to B2B customers. You will work with the Business Development team to meet customers, discover opportunities, provide designs & proposals, demonstrate technical solutions, manage proof of concept, and drive business growth. You will also collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to contribute insights for roadmap and participate early in product development.
Travel 25% of the time to customer sites for design and deployment work.
Key Responsibilities
Dive deep into the eero solution and its differentiators and discuss the latest wifi and wired networking technologies, APIs, cloud architecture, etc.
Run Proof of Concept demonstrations to showcase eero functionalities.
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to help build roadmap and new products.
Write white papers and tech notes highlighting eero’s features and technologies.
Test eero against competitors and develop a "How to Test eero" guide for prospective partners.
Build integrations between eero tools and customer service management systems.
Build API scripts to automate deployment and monitoring of eero devices.
Basic Qualifications
8+ years of experience in technology domains such as software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics.
Knowledge of Wi‑Fi, Bluetooth, and networking.
Strong written and verbal communication skills to engage technical and non‑technical audiences, including senior leadership.
Experience designing, deploying, and troubleshooting wired and wireless networks.
Preferred Qualifications
Network, Security, or AWS certifications.
Experience demonstrating software engineering skills (internship, work, coding competitions, publications) and network troubleshooting tools.
Experience with automation or scripting languages such as Python, Java, Perl, PHP, Ruby, Bash, or Shell.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities across teams in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
Experience working as a Solutions Architect or Sales Engineer in the networking field.
Proficiency with wireless packet capture tools (Wireshark, OmniPeek, Ekahau) and site survey tools.
