Duties
Engage in general litigation and arbitration, including brief writing, legal research, and oral argument.
Handle provider contract and billing disputes, medical necessity, and coordination of benefits.
Participate in out-of-network payor-provider litigation.
Collaborate with team members and assume immediate responsibility for matters.
Requirements
Three to seven years of general litigation and/or arbitration experience.
Background in managed care litigation preferred.
Licensed to practice in California; additional bar licenses are a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Motivated, personable, and articulate.
Strong academic credentials and writing skills.
Education
Law degree from an accredited institution.
Certifications
Licensed to practice law in California.
Skills
Legal research and analysis.
