Ascent Behavioral Hospital is seeking a Clinical Director for our Millcreek, UT location to lead and oversee our team of licensed therapists while ensuring excellence across the full continuum of care—from admission through discharge and transition to the next level of treatment. This distinctive leadership role provides the opportunity to drive patient safety, assure quality, and monitor clinical outcomes while delivering compassionate and developmentally appropriate care to adolescents.

About Ascent Behavioral Hospital At Ascent Behavioral Hospital, we provide compassionate, evidence-based mental health care to adolescents navigating challenges related to anxiety, depression, and suicidal ideation within a safe and supportive environment. We are committed to the highest standards of integrity, respect, and excellence, and we foster a culture grounded in collaboration, accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.
