Job Summary
The IT Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering technology-enabled projects across regulated, enterprise environments. This role leads full-lifecycle IT initiatives involving ERP systems, systems integration, financial and operational reporting, and cross-functional stakeholder coordination. The position ensures projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget, and in compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities – IT Project & Program Management
Lead end-to-end IT project lifecycle activities, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout.
Manage complex, technology-enabled projects supporting enterprise and mission-critical operations.
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, risk registers, and mitigation plans.
Apply Agile and Waterfall methodologies as appropriate.

Coordinate systems integration across engineering, QA, procurement, inventory, and operations teams.
Identify opportunities for workflow optimization and automation.
Stakeholder & Compliance Management
Serve as liaison between technical teams, business stakeholders, and leadership.
Ensure compliance with federal, military, and organizational policies.
Support audits, governance reviews, and compliance reporting.
Reporting & Analytics
Produce executive dashboards, metrics, and project status reports.
Leverage data analysis for leadership decision-making.
Maintain comprehensive project documentation.
