Solutions Architect

The Solution Architect is responsible for the technical design and delivery of S-Docs solutions across customer onboarding, professional services, and custom implementations. This role is highly customer-facing and requires strong Salesforce technical expertise, sound architectural judgment, and the ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable system designs. You will partner closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product, Support, and Engineering to ensure successful customer outcomes, improve delivery processes, and provide feedback that informs product direction as the organization scales.
