0000030755**Job Description**Join LEGO Retail AMS in a pivotal role that shapes the future of our retail operations and customer experiences. As a Senior Retail Operations Manager in LEGO Retail AMS, you will be at the forefront of ensuring efficient operations and driving outstanding store support that improves customer and employee experiences and operations. Here are five core responsibilities that make this role stand out!**Core Responsibilities:****Insight Translation and Field Validation*** Translate analytics into actionable strategies grounded in operational context.* Identify and communicate key store-level trends and risks.* Validate data-driven assumptions with real-time field insights.**Inventory and Product Flow Alignment*** Partner with demand and inventory planning to align store supply with sales potential.* Identify gaps in allocation, timing, and product readiness across the region.* Advocate for regional considerations in global planning forums.**Cross-Functional Forecasting Collaboration*** Represent retail execution needs in forecasting and promotional planning.* Bring field feedback into assortment and demand planning cycles.* Ensure operational feasibility of planned initiatives and timelines.**Retail KPI Ownership and Performance Recap*** Co-own metrics such as in-stock %, sell-through, and promo impact.* Deliver performance recaps to identify execution gaps and future opportunities.* Support retail leadership in using data to drive decisions and actions.**Weekly Business Health & Execution Planning Forum*** Lead a weekly forum reviewing AMS retail efficiency and functional health.* Facilitate cross-functional discussion on mid-term executional needs and alignment.* Ensure key planning decisions are grounded in both insight and store reality.**Play Your Part in Our Team Succeeding**You'll champion outstanding customer service. You will lead initiatives that improve store performance and operational efficiency, ensuring that every interaction embodies LEGO Retail’s dedication to creativity and quality. You'll implement initiatives to improve operations, such as new digital programs including omni channel initiatives and preorder processes, partnering with Global Excellence and Training teams, and LEGO Insiders programs.* Proven experience in retail operations management.* Track record of successfully supporting multiple retail locations and driving operational excellence.* Collaboration skills with experience in leading initiatives and delivering exceptional cross functional results.* Exceptional communication skills, adaptability, and problem-solving abilities.* Track record of innovation and a continuous improvement approach in retail operations.* Excellent analytical abilities and proficiency in data analysis for driving strategic decision-making.* Alignment with The LEGO Group’s values of imagination, creativity, caring, learning, quality, and fun!#LI-KC1#LI-HYBRID**Compensation**The salary for this position has a range of $134,750.00 - $202,126.00 based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints. The LEGO Group carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors, including but not limited to prior experience, skills, expertise, location, internal equity, and other considerations permitted by law.
