Fulfilment Co-ordinator – PlayerData
Location: Boston, MA (In‑Person) – Job Type: Full‑Time – Start Date: March 2026
Role Overview As PlayerData’s Fulfilment Co‑ordinator, you will lead all operational activities related to product fulfilment across our U.S. market. You’ll be responsible for ensuring every PlayerData product and accessory is delivered accurately and on time. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, enjoys building operational systems, and wants to have a major impact on delivering cutting‑edge sports tech to customers across the country.
Key Responsibilities Fulfilment Operations
Manage all daily fulfilment processes including picking, packing, shipping, and returns.
Maintain stock and prepare products for deployment.
Develop, refine, and document fulfilment workflows to improve speed, accuracy, and efficiency.
Oversee inbound shipments, receiving processes, and quality checks.
Inventory & Logistics
Track inventory across multiple product lines and ensure precise recordkeeping.
Liaise with supply chain, manufacturing, and logistics teams to maintain consistent stock flow.
Help forecast inventory needs based on seasonality, sales pipeline, and customer growth.
Identify and resolve fulfilment or supply delays quickly.
Ensure quality control standards are being maintained and reported on.
Customer Support
Coordinate with Customer Success and Sales teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new teams and customers.
Manage urgent fulfilment requests and ensure high standards of professionalism and service.
Oversee the processing of replacements, refurbishments, and returns.
Liaise with customers and internal staff on order status and updates.
Operational Assistance
Analyze fulfilment data to identify improvement opportunities and drive operational KPIs.
Implement best practices for shipping cost optimisation, packaging, and handling.
Ensure compliance with safety, storage, and shipping regulations.
Assist the Testing & Logistics Manager with product testing as required.
Requirements Essential
1–3+ years of experience working in fulfilment or in a similar operations‑focused role.
Strong organisational and time‑management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Comfortable using inventory, shipping, and operational software tools.
Ability to manage physical inventory and work fully on‑site in our Boston office.
A proactive, solution‑oriented mindset with the ability to troubleshoot and adapt quickly.
Preferred
Experience in a fast‑growing startup or scaling company.
Familiarity with hardware products or consumer electronics.
Interest in sports, performance technology, or athletic environments.
