Key Responsibilities
Oversee fulfilment operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping
Ensure orders are processed accurately and delivered on schedule
Lead, train, and motivate fulfilment staff
Monitor productivity, quality, and inventory metrics
Work with carriers, couriers, and third-party logistics providers
Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
Maintain compliance with health, safety, and company policies
Skills & Qualifications
Leadership and team management experience
Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory tools
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Experience in e-commerce, retail, or logistics is a plus
