Task Manager - JM
DarkStar Intelligence seeks a highly qualified Task Manager to support high‑level ODNI organizations in Bethesda, MD. The role involves managing tasking through systems like N-CERTS and CATS, coordinating inter‑agency actions, and preparing training materials. The selected individual will oversee the processing of ODNI staff packages, ensuring efficient workflow and high standards of task management.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Supports Senior executive‑led organizations at the Assistant Director level
Receives tasking via multiple vehicles and systems
Processes and routes staff taskers and coordination requests in all administrative management systems
Coordinates actions with proper element within the customer space, across the IC and with other U.S. Government and Private Sector entities
Prepares training materials and written instructions (playbooks) on properly preparing and processing staff packages for their organization
Minimum Qualifications
Requires a BS/BA with 3+ years or no degree and 9 years of experience
TS/SCI with polygraph level clearance is required
Experience in the following is required:
Supporting Senior executive‑led organizations at the Assistant Director level
Receiving tasking via multiple vehicles and systems
Processing and routing staff taskers and coordination requests in all administrative management systems
Experience in the following is desired:
Preparing training materials and written instructions on properly preparing and processing staff packages for their organization
Salary Range $120,000 - $130,000 per year. This pay range is a general guideline and not a guarantee of specific compensation or salary. When extending an offer, DarkStar Intelligence considers various factors, including job responsibilities, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, market data alignment, applicable bargaining agreements (if any), and other relevant laws.
