Key Responsibilities The Senior Analyst- EA Project Management is responsible for oversight of all Supply Chain activities as it relates to Engineering Authorization (EA) projects. This position manages the end-to-end project management for a subset of prioritized EA projects, ensuring processes and timelines are met as required along the project lifespan. This position will coordinate closely with counterparts both inside and outside of the Supply Chain organization including, but not limited to, Engineering, Maintenance Planning, Base Material Coordination, Procurement, and Vendor Management. It will be required to organize and report out on project statuses to leadership as required. Effective execution in this role is critical to achieving Technical Operations’ goal of managing all EA projects on-time and on-budget.

Daily management of subset of prioritized EA projects- determine current status, evaluate opportunities to advance project timelines, review potential project obstacles, and develop and implement solutions

Collaborate with other work groups to ensure project deliverables that are impactful to Supply Chain are met in a timely manner; develop and enact contingency plans to mitigate potential risks to Supply Chain timelines; expedite to leadership as required to ensure project timelines are managed and met

Development of Supply Chain activity timelines for individual projects within portfolio to ensure completeness within overall project timeline

Organize and report out to leadership on project statuses within their portfolio of projects- on-/off-track reporting, as well as detail and mitigation plans on items of concern

Qualifications What’s needed to succeed (Minimum Qualifications)

Bachelor’s degree in aviation management, Engineering, Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field, or comparable experience

Minimum 2-5 years’ experience in fields of the Supply Chain, Airline or Manufacturing Industry

Understanding of Supply Chain Planning and Management

Self Motivated and engrained Continuous Improvement experience

Strong people skills and ability to develop internal and external relationships

Proven ability to generate consensus amongst disparate viewpoints

Experience in project managing a number of large project with varying prioritization and completion dates

Demonstrated abilities to find creative ways to reduce operational costs

Ability to work to tight deadlines and manage workload accordingly through task prioritization

Possess a high level of accuracy and attention to detail

Self-starter with high degree of initiative and ability to manage deadlines

Strong project management skills with the ability to handle conflicting priorities

Analytical approach to problem solving, with attention to detail and a sense of urgency

Ability to influence others outside area of direct responsibility

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship

Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification

Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position

The base pay range for this role is $81,795.00 to $106,602.00.

The base salary range/hourly rate listed is dependent on job-related factors such as experience, education, and skills. This position is also eligible for bonus and/or long-term incentive compensation awards.
