Our Technical Operations team is full of aircraft maintenance technicians, engineers, planners, ground equipment and facilities professionals, and supply chain teams that help make sure they’re well taken care of and ready to get our customers to their desired destinations. Job overview and responsibilities The Manager Warehousing and Distribution leads and directs a 24/7 workforce. Manager ensures government regulations are adhered to in the handling of all aircraft‑related parts and materials; manages company assets; coaches and develops team to meet safety, quality and service‑level performance metrics; meets financial goals and objectives; and promotes continuous improvement within the organization.

Team Leadership

Oversees cost center expense to meet the financial plan

Maintains employee relationships and programs, including local agreements

Provides employees with the tools and developmental opportunities through coaching, mentoring and training

Builds and promotes a caring corporate culture

Customer Support

Interfaces on a daily basis with internal and external customers to meet operational needs

Reviews performance metrics to assess performance and improvement opportunities for the organization

Partners and forms alliances with customers

Cross‑Divisional Teamwork and Strategy Development

Proactively supports initiatives to meet divisional and corporate objectives

Analyzes data, performance issues and implementation of appropriate action plans/corrective measures to meet goals

Ensures adherence to Company safety and regulatory procedures and policies

Drives continuous improvement to meet organizational objectives

Promotes systematic use of continuous improvement tools and techniques to drive business results

Builds aggressive but achievable goals in conjunction with senior leadership, determined by strategic direction

Qualifications What’s needed to succeed (Minimum Qualifications):

High School Diploma

Minimum five years supervisory experience

Managing and directing diverse employee groups, including unionized labor

Comprehensive understanding of Supply Chain planning and management

Strong Leadership, coaching and communication skills

Statistical Analysis and Process Control (SPC)

Self‑Motivated engrained Continuous Improvement experience

Microsoft Office proficient

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship

Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification

Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position

What will help you propel from the pack (Preferred Qualifications):

BA/BS Degree

Green Belt Lean Six Sigma Certification"

Five years logistics experience

Experience with industry‑leading Warehouse Management System(s), including HighJump/Körber

The base pay range for this role is $102,220.00 to $133,194.00.

The base salary range/hourly rate listed is dependent on job‑related, factors such as experience, education, and skills. This position is also eligible for bonus and/or long‑term incentive compensation awards.
