We’re seeking a service-driven CRNA to join our collaborative team in Lake Jackson, TX. This independent 1099 opportunity offers excellent pay, a manageable call schedule, and a supportive work environment ideal for both experienced CRNAs and new grads. Why Lake Jackson?

Current certification as a CRNA by the NBCRNA. Valid, unrestricted RN and CRNA licenses in Texas. (Currently, or willing to obtain) Minimum of 0-1 years of experience as a CRNA, with proficiency in various anesthesia cases. Strong clinical knowledge and ability to perform anesthesia management for diverse patient populations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients, families, and the healthcare team. Ability to adapt to changing clinical situations and deliver optimal patient care. BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications are required. Malpractice and Tail Insurance Coverage. $360,000 for 1099 with 10 weeks off. Access to group benefits through preferred partnerships.
