About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to lead and scale all revenue-generating functions across sales, channels, partnerships, marketing alignment, and customer lifecycle performance. This executive role is responsible for driving sustainable global growth, improving margins, strengthening customer retention, and expanding market presence across North America and international regions.
The CRO is a senior leader who brings strategic vision and operational rigor, aligns cross-functional teams, and builds high-performing commercial organizations. Success in this role requires strong collaboration across Sales, Marketing, Product, Customer Success, Finance, and international teams.
What You’ll Do Revenue Strategy & Growth
Develop and execute an integrated revenue strategy supporting short- and long-term growth and profitability
Own revenue forecasting, pipeline management, and execution discipline
Implement structured pricing, discounting, and deal-approval frameworks
Drive predictable revenue performance across regions and channels
Sales, Partnerships & Channels
Lead and scale a high-performing global sales organization
Expand and strengthen channel and partner programs to increase market reach
Represent the company with key customers, partners, and industry organizations
Revenue Operations & Enablement
Build and lead a scalable Revenue Operations function (CRM, analytics, reporting, forecasting, data quality)
Ensure consistent adoption of sales systems and tools
Use data, dashboards, and digital workflows to drive accountability and execution
Apply AI and automation tools to improve pipeline management, forecasting, customer insights, and team productivity
Customer Lifecycle & Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with Customer Success to drive retention, upsell, and customer lifetime value
Collaborate closely with Marketing on campaigns, lead generation, and lifecycle initiatives
Work with Product and Product Marketing to ensure customer and market insights inform roadmap priorities
Leadership & Culture
Build a culture of accountability, transparency, and performance
Serve as a collaborative bridge across U.S. and international teams
Develop leaders and strengthen the commercial organization
What You Bring
10+ years of progressive sales leadership experience, including 5+ years in executive revenue roles (VP Sales, CRO, or equivalent)
Proven success scaling revenue in a B2B technology or manufacturing environment
Experience leading global and channel-based sales organizations
Strong analytical, financial, and strategic planning capabilities
Demonstrated fluency with modern business systems and collaboration tools, including Microsoft Teams, Excel, and CRM platforms
Proven experience applying AI and automation tools within sales or revenue operations
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
Ability to travel up to 30%
Preferred Experience
Background in professional AV, acoustics, or related technology markets
Experience managing distributors, systems integrators, and OEM partners
Familiarity with CRM and automation platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Dynamics
