Job Description
Recruit and retain eligible student‑athletes to meet designated roster goals established by Director of Athletics and the NJCAA. Knowledge of good practice planning and structure pertaining to sport techniques, strength and conditioning, rules and regulations. Demonstrated strong leadership skills, organizational ability and teaching/coaching skills. Demonstrated ability to work as a team and build team relationships. Proven ability to work with a diverse faculty, staff and student population. Communicate high academic standards within the athletic program. Promote academic success through a commitment to class attendance, academic persistence, retention, academic counseling and graduation. Community Engagement with local youth club teams, leagues and centers. Manage student‑athlete conduct while traveling and at home events. Attend BHCC athletic and other on‑campus recruiting and professional development events. Job Requirements
Minimum 3‑years Coaching experience required in high school at the varsity level, club or college. Previous experience working with and recruiting diverse soccer athletes preferred. Previous playing experience preferred at the collegiate or pro level. Must maintain current CPR/AED certification. Must possess a driver's license. Additional Information
Salary: $8,000–$9,000 (based on experience)
Pay: It will be paid as 4–8 installments.
