Lead Business Operations Analyst Location: San Jose, CA | Employment Type: Full-Time | Industry: Technology

About the Role We are seeking a Lead Business Operations Analyst to join our dynamic team and drive operational excellence across business processes. This role will serve as a strategic partner to leadership, leveraging data‑driven insights to optimize workflows, improve efficiency, and support key business initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Strategy & Analysis

Develop and implement business operations strategies aligned with organizational goals.

Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.

Process Optimization

Design and enhance operational processes to improve scalability and performance.

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to streamline workflows and reduce bottlenecks.

Reporting & Metrics

Create dashboards and reports to monitor KPIs, financial performance, and operational health.

Present actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership.

Project Management

Lead and manage operational projects from initiation to completion.

Ensure timely delivery of initiatives while maintaining quality standards.

Stakeholder Collaboration

Act as a liaison between business units and technology teams to ensure alignment.

Facilitate communication and decision‑making across departments.

Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred).

7+ years of experience in business operations, analytics, or related roles within a technology company.

Proven track record of leading operational improvement initiatives.

Skills

Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).

Advanced Excel and SQL knowledge; familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.

Preferred Attributes

Experience in SaaS or cloud‑based technology environments.

Knowledge of financial modeling and budgeting processes.

Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities.

Adherence to client EHS and site access policies.
