seeks an attorney with 6+ years of experience to join our Commercial Real Estate Finance group in Chicago. Candidates will provide legal advice and counsel to both lenders and borrowers on the financing of real estate transactions, including acquisitions & dispositions, leasing and development, as well as workouts and restructurings. Requirements: 6+ years of commercial real estate lending experience is required Excellent written and verbal communication skills A self-starter with strong organizational skills Detail-oriented Must be licensed to practice law in Illinois and in good standing Ability to multi-task; adaptability Ginsberg Jacobs LLC provides business-oriented legal solutions to public and private entities in the areas of corporate, finance, litigation, real estate, cannabis law, tax and tax credits.
