Job Details

Represent clients in a wide range of family law matters, including divorce, child custody, child support, alimony, modifications, and enforcement.

Draft legal documents such as pleadings, motions, marital settlement agreements, parenting plans, and discovery responses.

Conduct legal research and stay up to date with relevant statutes and case law.

Manage client relationships with empathy and professionalism through all phases of their legal matters.

Attend mediations, court hearings, depositions, and trials as necessary.

Work collaboratively with support staff and attorneys to deliver high-quality legal services efficiently.

Maintain accurate case documentation and manage deadlines using case management software.
