Manufacturing Planner
The Manufacturing Planner will be responsible for managing schedules for Welding Supervisors and Project Managers.
Job Duties:
- Prepare Gantt Charts for clear communication of jobs task and timelines.
- Audit daily progress logs for continuous improvements.
- Identify scope changes changed orders and corrective actions.
- Lead weekly meetings with supervisor and Project Managers.
- Acquire and apply Smartsheet/Excel skills to support and improve planning processes.
Requirements:
- Must have Smartsheet or Excel experience with knowledge of Pivot Tables
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of the entire suite of Microsoft products
