This position is responsible for general janitorial services of City-owned facilities including cleaning, sanitation, minor maintenance, and supply procurement. City-owned facilities include City Hall, Public Works, Fire Station, Library, and other smaller ancillary buildings. Not all facilities need daily cleaning.
This position requires excellent customer service and teamwork skills, including anticipation of needs, assuring safe and sanitary operating conditions, and responding to requests.
