Job Overview
As an Assistant Manager, you’ll manage a million‑plus dollar‑a‑year restaurant, driving business disciplines in Accounting, Human Resources, Training, Marketing, Sales Building, and Cost Controls.

Essential Job Requirements
Ability to work a 50‑hour work week, including nights, weekends, and some holidays.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Basic computer skills.
Valid driver’s license and personal transportation.
Outgoing personality.
Job Responsibilities
Direct, control and coordinate subordinates to deliver a quality product to guests in the most efficient and friendly way possible.
Inventory management.
Bank deposits.
Training.
Performance appraisals.
Maintain a safe work environment for all employees and guests.
