Responsibilities How will you make an impact?
As part of the Production Control/Training department, the Planner will analyze dock maintenance schedule and flow, to accurately and timely structure package preparation in advance of upcoming aircraft’s arrival.
The Planner reports to the Supervisor of Production Control/Training in our Production Control Department and initiates and completes (electronic and/or paper) maintenance package for any assigned aircraft required by customer.
They prepare needed documents, contact customer(s) planning department and schedule pre‑dock meetings.
Assist in gathering or provide information on maintenance labor tasks and hours associated with current or prior maintenance visit associated with specific aircraft fleet‑types.
Maintains and monitors employee master training folder, coordinates completed training with customer and runs reports of training requirements for analysis.
Compiles and prepares data for presentation to assist management in policy and procedure considerations.
Performs a variety of other functions/ad‑hoc projects as assigned to achieve the department/company's goals and business objectives.
The ideal candidate must be able to prioritize and work independently, sometimes under pressure to meet competing deadlines.
They should possess initiative and critical thinking skills while working with minimal supervision.
The Production Control Analyst reports to the Manager of Regulatory Affairs. Oversees the Maintenance Production Control Department including package preparation, data entry, records auditing, data collection for the preparation of accounts billing and assist with budget preparation.
Working with various customers, the Analyst will monitor the dock maintenance schedule and flow, to accurately and timely prepare maintenance package(s) (electronic and/or paper) in advance of upcoming aircraft’s arrival.
During the aircraft’s time at station, the analyst will monitor paperwork, and prepare needed documents, contact customer(s) planning department, process paperwork.
Prior to departure of the aircraft, the analyst is responsible to ensure that all aircraft documentation has been returned to the department, where the paperwork will be processed for return to the customer.
Assists in various departmental tasks which can include but not limited to writing, auditing files, and scanning.
Assists in maintaining employee master training folder, coordinates completed training with customer. Compiles and prepares data to assist management in policy and procedure considerations.
Performs a variety of other functions/projects as assigned to achieve the department/company's goals and business objectives.
Qualifications Who are we looking for?
Minimum Age 18, High school diploma or equivalent
Possess the legal right to work in the United States
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
Ability to read, write, fluently speak and understand the English language
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel, Access, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint
Ability to learn new software applications and apply knowledge
College coursework or degree preferred
Familiarity with DWMS, MtxOps and Sabre preferred
The ideal candidate must be able to prioritize and work independently, sometimes under pressure to meet competing deadlines. They should possess initiative and critical thinking skills while working with minimal supervision.
Must be able to work weekends, rotating shifts and holidays
