Prepare and structure investment memos
Create complex financial models for transaction purposes
Be responsible for critical phases of the M&A process, including direct client contact and active participation in a due‑diligence process
Evaluate key drivers in our core sectors and prepare industry/sector analyses
Contribute meaningfully to the team with your personality and professional knowledge

Qualifications
An excellent university degree with a focus in finance, accounting or a similar quantitative discipline
Up to 3 years of relevant professional experience (investment banking/transaction services/strategy consulting)
Excellent analytical, conceptual, communication skills, and exceptional attention to detail
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
Fluency in Polish and English
