Vaco is currently hiring an AP Specialist for our client in Waukesha, WI. This is a temp-to-hire, onsite position.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Processes invoices from vendors and initiates payments.
Analyzes vendor accounts and negotiates extended terms with vendors when cash is restricted.
Prepares analysis of accounts, as required.
Assists in monthly closings.
Assists with expense report reconciliation and processing for payment.
Identifies and resolves problems, inconsistencies and suggests appropriate corrective procedures.
Communicates and coordinates accounting policies, practices, and procedures with employees, customers and others as needed.
SAP Software a must have.
Compensation & Benefits Determining compensation for this role at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual’s skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs. The salary range for the role is noted in this job posting. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, and can participate in medical, dental, and vision benefits as well as the company’s 401(k) retirement plan.
