Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a Business Execution Administrator 2 - Contingent to join their team. As a Business Execution Administrator 2 - Contingent, you will be part of the Unclaimed Property Service Delivery team supporting case management and client inquiries. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong reading comprehension, research-driven problem-solving, and effective case management skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
Support business execution by proactively seeking process improvements
Perform moderately complex administrative support tasks related to unclaimed property cases
Receive guidance from supervisors and escalate non-routine questions appropriately
Interact professionally with client personnel across various information channels
Research property status across multiple systems and manage cases through full resolution
What's Needed?
At least 2+ years of administrative or business support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work, training, military service, or education
Experience resolving and managing inquiries using critical thinking and research skills
Strong written communication and customer service experience
Prior case load management experience is preferred
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, OneNote)
