About Our Agency I opened my agency in January 2024, and we’re currently a small but growing team of two. Before becoming an agent, I worked for another State Farm agent but originally come from an education background. Community involvement is a big part of who we are; we support the local Recreation Center, host an annual Easter Egg Hunt, and run Movies Under the Stars, a four-week outdoor film festival in the park. I offer a supportive, balanced work environment with occasional team lunches, Casual Fridays, and reimbursement for licensing costs. I’m looking for someone who is customer-focused, coachable, eager to learn, and truly motivated. If you’re personable, hungry, and ready to grow, you’ll fit in well here.
Role Description As a Customer Service Representative – State Farm Agent Team Member with Caleb Dupuy – State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support. Responsibilities
Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Qualifications
Communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
Previous customer service experience preferred.
