General Virtual Assistant with Bookkeeping experience
will oversee daily bookkeeping functions and support administrative systems while maintaining clear communication with clients. This role requires someone detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable balancing financial tasks with customer-facing interactions.
This is a part-time role scheduled Sunday to Thursday, PST with the following schedule: Sunday (6 hours): 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM PST (Monday, 2:00 AM – 8:00 AM Manila) Monday to Thursday (4 hours): 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM PST (Tuesday to Friday, 6:00 AM – 10:00 AM Manila) Job Responsibilities: Manage client communications via email, calls, and text messages. Cross-check receipts, employee timesheets, mileage logs, and company records for accuracy. Maintain compliance logs to ensure financial accuracy and operational consistency. Support the quoting process by preparing and tracking estimates. Monitor invoices, follow up on overdue payments, and ensure timely collections. Handle client follow-ups and provide excellent customer service. Track and report company KPIs such as conversion rates, revenue per job, and review counts. Experience in the
handyman, construction, or renovation industry
is required. Proven
experience with bookkeeping or accounting support , ideally in service-based industries. Familiarity with administrative systems for invoicing, receipt management, employee timesheets, and financial compliance. Proficiency with QuickBooks or similar bookkeeping/accounting software. Comfortable making and receiving client calls. Highly detail-oriented, organized, and proactive
