An
Assurance Services Staff Auditor
who excels in this role:
Assists with the development of risk-based audit workplans by identifying risks and evaluating controls and processes
Executes audit procedures, prepares workpapers, and documents conclusions in alignment with the internal audit plan
Balances multiple projects by conducting walkthroughs, identifying operational improvements, and communicating status updates to project leaders
Evaluates the effectiveness of internal controls and compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley and other applicable regulations
Composes audit findings and recommendations and communicates results to management
Accepts and incorporates feedback while maintaining professional and timely communication with business partners
What we’re looking for Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree in accounting (required) and a desire to grow within the audit and compliance field. Additional qualifications include:
0-3 years of related experience
Strong interest in pursuing a CPA, CIA, CISA, or other relevant certification
Knowledge of internal audit, risk assessment, and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance is preferred
Strong communication, organization, and analytical skills
Ability to travel up to 10% (daytime local and overnight travel up to 4 nights)
Regular and reliable attendance required – Hybrid role with 3 days a week in office, 2 remote.
