Oak Forest Realty is seeking motivated and passionate Real Estate Agents to join our team. As a Real Estate Sales Agent, you will gain hands‑on experience in the real estate industry by assisting our sales team with leasing properties to clients. You will learn about the real estate market, property marketing, and the leasing process by working with experienced real estate agents.
Please note that this position is commission-based.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist the sales team in leasing properties
Required to obtain a Massachusetts Salesperson license
Conduct market research to identify potential clients and properties
Respond to inquiries from potential clients and provide them with information about properties
Attend sales meetings and training sessions
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Located in Boston area
Graduated/currently enrolled in a degree program in Communication, Business, Marketing, or a related field
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Good organizational and time management skills
Ability to work in a team environment
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
Passion for real estate and sales
Gain hands‑on experience in the real estate industry
