Home Time: Off most weekends for a 34‑hour reset
Financial Package Weekly Pay: $1,052.67 – $2,000.69 (full‑time)
Annual Pay: $54,704.00 – $104,000.00 (full‑time)
Depends on experience, routes, attendance, and length of service
Includes mileage pay plus accessorials such as tarp, stop, detention, border crossing, safety, and over‑dimensional pay.
Flatbed Regional Driver Rate: $0.68 – $0.72 per mile.
Transition Package: $1,800, with $1,000 allocated for orientation during the first two weeks.

Valid Class A CDL
21 years of age or older
4+ months of driving experience
Safe driving record
No more than 6 jobs in the last 3 years
Preference for 1‑year truck driving experience
Background Check required
Clean Drug Test required
Clean Clearinghouse result required
Physically able to lift a 90‑pound tarp onto a 5‑foot high platform twice during orientation; flatbed drivers typically lift 70% of loads.
