CDL-A Flatbed Truck Driver – Division 295
System Transport is hiring experienced Class A CDL flatbed truck drivers for its regional division 295. This role involves transporting essential goods and materials such as glass, steel, aluminum, building materials, machinery, coils, and specialty metals within the western region of America.

Home Time Off most weekends for a 34‑hour reset (home time varies by division; this opportunity is for Division 295).
Responsibilities
Transport important goods and materials on regional routes.
Perform pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections and maintain accurate logs.
Adhere to safety protocols, traffic regulations, and company policies.
Maintain and care for the assigned flatbed truck.
Communicate effectively with dispatch and team members.
Participate in driver orientation and ongoing training.
Schedule & Home Time Home time: Off most weekends for a 34‑hour reset; schedule varies by division (Division 295).
Qualifications
Valid Class A CDL.
21 years of age or older.
4+ months of driving experience.
Safe driving record on the road.
No more than 6 jobs in the last 3 years.
Preference for 1‑year truck driving experience (not mandatory).
Background check required.
Clean drug test.
Clean clearinghouse result.
Physically able to lift a 90‑pound tarp onto a 5‑foot high platform twice (tested during orientation). Flatbed drivers typically lift ~70% of loads.
Financial Package Weekly Pay: $1,052.67 – $2,000.69 (full‑time drivers)
Annual Pay: $54,704.00 – $104,000.00 (full‑time drivers)
Additional Accessorial Compensation: tarp pay, stop pay, detention pay, border crossing pay, safety bonuses, and over‑dimension pay as appropriate. Mileage pay, accessorials, and experience can affect final earnings.
Flatbed Regional Driver Rate: $0.68 – $0.72 per mile (depending on experience).
Transition Package: $1,800 (including $1,000 for orientation during the first 2 weeks).
