The
Stockroom Clerk
plays a key role in maintaining high-quality standards while complying with GAT processes. This position is located in
Fort Lauderdale, FL , and is responsible for providing parts, tooling, and supplies to the Maintenance Department while ensuring all parts and materials are properly stored and protected. The role also assists with marking materials with identifying information using appropriate methods.

Responsibilities
Receives, stores, and distributes material, tools, equipment, and parts within the warehouse, picking up parts in the stockroom and warehouse
Resolves discrepancies between inventory and stock‑control records by tracing the history of the item
Pulls inventory for Sales Order processing and transfers to new locations
Examines and inspects outgoing material for correct P/N and S/N
Assembles customer orders from stock and places orders on pallets or shelves or relocates orders to a holding area or shipping department
Organizes the stockroom and material to be pulled for Sales Orders and Repair Orders
Provides customer service for both the Sales Department and outgoing Quality Inspection team in resolving order conflicts
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Bilingual (Spanish)
Experience with cycle counts and inventory audits
Aviation experience: must diagnose aircraft parts, materials, and component pieces not in compliance
Ability to move and handle merchandise throughout the building generally weighing 0 to 50 pounds
Ability to operate a forklift and ladder
1 year of experience in the aviation industry preferred
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic mathematical skills preferred
