Immaculate Facility Services (IFS) is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Part‑Time Housekeeper to maintain cleanliness and order at a hotel/residential setting. You will help create a comfortable, welcoming environment by ensuring all spaces are clean, organized, and well‑maintained.
Work Schedule
Monday: 9a-3p Tuesday: 9a-1p Thursday: 9a-3p Key Responsibilities
Clean assigned rooms and areas, including bedrooms, bathrooms, common areas, kitchens, etc. Dust, sweep, mop, vacuum, and polish surfaces Change linens, make beds, fold and arrange towels Restock supplies, such as toiletries, paper goods, and cleaning products Empty trash receptacles, dispose of waste properly Clean windows, mirrors, fixtures, and glass surfaces Clean and sanitize bathrooms: sinks, toilets, showers, tubs Report any damage, maintenance issues, or safety hazards to the supervisor Handle reasonable requests from residents/guests professionally Follow health, safety, and sanitation standards, including proper use of cleaning chemicals Maintain and care for cleaning tools and equipment Assist with periodic deep‑cleaning tasks (e.g., carpet shampooing, floor stripping) Collaborate with management and other staff to ensure efficient operations Qualifications
Previous housekeeping experience in a hotel/residential setting Must know how to use common household cleaning implements, such as mops, floor waxes, and scouring pads, to keep areas clean and well‑maintained. Ability to endure long hours of continuous work when called upon to do so. Physical efforts required by the job include walking, standing, bending, stooping, pulling, pushing, and lifting up to 25 pounds. Must know how to care for equipment, how to measure cleaning solutions, and be alert to hazards. Ability to follow oral and written instructions. Detailed and team‑oriented. Must be able to work independently and accomplish goals with little direct supervision.
