Pay Range $20.21 - $30.31 hourly

Pay Range Statement Compensation is based on the level and requirements of the role. Pay within our ranges may also be determined by education, experience, knowledge, skills, location, and abilities as well as internal equity. Hired candidates may be eligible to receive additional compensation based on role (e.g., shift differential, bonus, sales incentive, productivity pay, etc.).

Job Description Regions Hospital is seeking anexperienced customer service professional to work in our Switchboard department as a Telephone Operator.

As point of contact, this role navigates all internal and external customer calls. This role works collaboratively to determine call destination, routes calls appropriately, and navigates other requests such as pager activation, transportation and ad hoc projects. This role also responds to all emergent calls and notifications in timely manner following proper hospital procedure.

Work Schedule 20 hours weekly

3P-11p Every other weekend

Required Qualifications Two years of clerical experience or customer service skills.

Preferred Qualifications 6 months or more of call center/switchboard experience preferred
