Scrum Master

Minimum three years experience working as the Scrum Master of a software delivery team Working knowledge of the Agile Manifesto and Principles Experience being on multiple Scrum teams in a variety of different contexts (different team sizes, different organizations, different cultures, co-located vs. distributed, etc) Experience working with hybrid agile teams that interface with waterfall applications or teams Good skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situation awareness, conflict resolution, continuous improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency. Experience working with software delivery teams/programs supporting 3-5+ applications/systems The ability to distinguish between what "is Scrum" what is "not Scrum" Excellent communication, interpersonal and mentoring skills Additional Experience Desired: eCommerce/Portal, Telecom and or Network experience is beneficial Knowledge of other agile approaches: XP, Kanban, FDD, etc. Knowledge and/or experience with successful agile techniques: User Stories, ATDD, TDD, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing Previous experience as a team lead Ability to engage in very technical discussions
