Job Title:
Administrative Warehouse Clerk
Location:
Easton, PA 18045
Hourly Rate on W2:
$22.00
Shift:
1st Shift (6:00 AM - 2:30 PM, 30‑minute lunch)
Contract:
12‑month contract with possible conversion to direct employment based on performance and attendance
Interview Type:
Per the manager’s request
Employee‑paid medical benefits available on the 1st of the month after 30 days of work. PTO and holiday pay provided.
Responsibilities
MUST BE ABLE TO WEAR STEEL TOE SHOES BECAUSE THEY WILL BE REQUIRED IF YOU WALK THROUGH THE PRODUCTION FACILITY.
Assist the Administrative Assistant and the RDC Administrator with clerical tasks related to warehouse activities.
Organize and distribute work within the assigned department and maintain records and files.
Manage appointment schedules and operational document flow, ensuring compliance with regulatory and safety standards.
Perform data entry with strong attention to detail. Use computer system to assign parts to appropriate locations based on size.
Research discrepant locations to locate lost items and conduct root cause analysis.
Place systematic claims for errors and follow up based on disposition.
Research status of shipment and provide feedback of ETA.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Microsoft Office with a strong focus on Excel.
Ability to understand and learn new tasks quickly and accurately.
Ability to work independently or with minimal supervision.
Knowledge of SAP is a plus, but not mandatory.
Education High School Diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred.
