Our client provides integrated, nationwide logistics services for a wide range of businesses, and
they are looking for a Yard Jockey to join their team!
Your day-to-day as a Yard Jockey:
Move and spot trailers and equipment within the yard to support warehouse operations
Conduct daily inspections of equipment and report any necessary repairs
Ensure all equipment is safely stored and organized
Transport equipment for fueling and other routine maintenance
Conduct regular inventory checks and inspections of incoming/outgoing equipment
Your skills and experience:
2+ years of yard jockey or relevant tractor-trailer experience preferred
Have a clean driving record and CDL License
Able to bend, squat and lift consistently throughout the day
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
