Lot Attendant Job Description

Schedule Monday-Friday 8am-5pm 401k - Eligibility after 90 days

Requirements

Pass a background check and drug test.

Clean MVR.

Computer and tablet skills.

Work outside in all-weather conditions in Tennessee.

1‑2 years of relevant customer service experience (recovery or collections preferred).

High School diploma or equivalent.

Keyboard skills; ability to operate a tablet with apps.

Detail‑oriented, multitasking, organized, able to stay on track for time‑sensitive appointments.

Exceptional interpersonal, professional, and courteous communication skills.

Assertive, teamwork, adaptability, flexibility in fast‑paced environment.

Physical ability to bend, stoop, maneuver to take photos of vehicles and remove contents.

Knowledge of repossession process, account handling, vendor communication preferred.

Responsibilities

Verify vehicles secured the night before and mark windows with last six VIN, client, key status, drivability.

Keep track of appointments via company software; transport appointments, handle customer personal property pick‑ups, and vehicle redemption appointments.

Oversee removal, tagging, storage of all personal property from vehicles; create detailed inventory in company apps.

Monitor and remove outdated property from property area.

Handle appointments at two locations within 3 miles apart.

Be available to arrive at work and be prepared to start the shift on time (full‑time position outside).
