Overview This role supports the Commercial Equipment Finance Technology division and provides end-to-end ownership of application changes, integrations, infrastructure, and production support across three core application teams. Engineers in this group own the full change lifecycle from design through deployment and post-release support.
Key vendor platforms include InfoLease and Rapport; while the team does not own their core code, they own the administration, integration engineering, infrastructure, data pipelines, and business partnership supporting them.
Key Responsibilities Full SDLC Ownership
Own delivery from development, testing, documentation, promotion to production
Maintain formal change documentation and expected vs. actual outcomes
Execute after‑hours production releases and participate in CAB as needed
Build and support integrations with GApple, ACH, Snowflake, and internal platforms
Develop and maintain SQL extracts, data feeds, batch processes, and file transfers
Systems & Infrastructure
Administer and support SQL, PowerShell, Linux scripting, Windows/Linux servers, AD
Perform monthly patching and compliance activities
Production & Business Support
Provide daily production support, issue triage, job monitoring, and user assistance
Maintain strong partnerships with business stakeholders
Agile & Delivery
Work in Agile sprints using JIRA/Confluence
Manage releases using GitLab, Artifactory, Ansible, CI/CD pipelines
On‑Call & Schedule
After‑hours releases: ~1 per month
Current hybrid: Remote Mon/Fri; Onsite Tue–Thu
Future model: Onsite Mon–Thu; Remote Fri
Core hours 8–5 (flexible)
Candidates must be local or able to relocate immediately; onsite interviews required.
Required Qualifications
Associate degree + 4+ years experience (or equivalent)
Experience owning full SDLC in production environments
Strong communication, documentation, and delivery discipline
Preferred
Financial services or equipment finance systems experience
Strong application integration background
Experience in regulated production environments
