Part Time DSP Residential 1:1 - Gambrills, MD Job Summary Bay-CSS is seeking a Part-Time Direct Support Professional (DSP) for a 1:1 support position in a residential setting in Gambrills, MD. The DSP will provide individualized care and support to residents with developmental disabilities, working Monday through Friday from 4pm to 9pm.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent

Valid driver's license with reliable transportation and car insurance

Ability to lift at least 50lbs

Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

Previous experience in a similar role preferred

Compassionate and patient demeanor

Responsibilities

Provide one-on-one support to residents with daily living activities

Assist individuals in achieving personal goals

Administer medication under medical personnel's direction

Document individual progress and incidentsCollaborate with the care team to meet residents' needs
