Catholic Health is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Echo Technologist to perform high-quality echocardiographic studies and support accurate cardiac diagnoses. Join a collaborative team dedicated to exceptional patient care.
Job Details Job Responsibilities:
Perform transthoracic echocardiograms (M-Mode, 2D, Doppler, and stress echo)
Analyze and calculate cardiac measurements (e.g., ejection fraction, valve gradients)
Identify normal and abnormal cardiac structures and function
Prepare and position patients; explain procedures clearly
Ensure accurate patient identification and documentation
Maintain equipment and exam room cleanliness
Enter and transmit data into clinical systems
Collaborate with physicians and assist with contrast administration as needed
Job Requirements:
Graduate of an accredited ultrasound program
ARDMS certification preferred
Minimum 2 years of experience with direct patient care
Strong computer skills and ability to lift/move patients and equipment as needed
